WATERTOWN, Ohio (WTAP) - A state fire marshal has been contacted to investigate a fire that occurred at a Watertown home on Sunday.
According to Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks, several area fire departments responded to the home in the 12000 block of Ohio State Route 676 for a residential fire.
Everyone was able to make it out of the house safely.
Fire officials are considering the home a total loss. The fire's start remains under investigation.
The fire marshal will be out at the address Monday morning to further investigate the blaze, officials said.
The Watertown Fire Department, Beverly-Waterford Rescue Squad, and Barlow Fire Department assisted at the scene.
