CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WTAP) - West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announced Tuesday that all state parks will offer a 55 percent discount on all accommodations through September 18, 2018.
This is apart of the "State of Preparedness" for hurricane Florence's anticipated impact to the East coast. All rooms, cabins, and campsites through Tuesday, September 18, 2018 will be discounted.
The governor issued a statement on Tuesday saying in part, “We want to make sure that those needing to evacuate will have an affordable place to stay.”
