Wood County in the process of getting new voting machines

By  |

PARKERBSURG, W. Va. (WTAP) - Wood County is getting new voting machines for upcoming elections.
All 340 of the voting machines are being replaced by newer models.
The new machines will still be touch screen based systems just like the old ones so the voting process will be the same for voters in the county.
When election season rolls around again the machines will be brought to places such as senior centers and churches to make sure that people know how to use them.
