UPDATE: 09/21/17 11 A.M.

Multiple fire departments responded to a fire that damaged a large farm-equipment shed and destroyed two tractors in Waverly Wednesday evening.

Crews from Deerwalk, Waverly and Eastwood volunteer fire departments were called to a structure fire at 483 Donbe Lane about 8:15 p.m.

Deerwalk Fire Chief Kim Marshall says firefighters brought the blaze under control after about 30 minutes, but remained on the scene for about almost three hours to clean up and help the property owner move items from the shed.

Marshall says the property owner was able to get some equipment out of the building before firefighters arrived.

No injuries were reported.

The Lubeck Fire Department was also dispatched to provide a tanker truck, but the fire was brought under control before they arrived.

The Wood County Fire Investigation Team is attempting to determine what caused the fire.

Firefighters say there is a working structure fire in Deerwalk, W.Va.

Crews are at 483 Donbe Lane off Deerwalk Road in Deerwalk trying to put it out. It happened a little after 8 Wednesday night.
