Grape Leaves


  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or lamb
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • Grape leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Directions

    1. Rinse grape leaves well and cut stems off.

    2. Salt and pepper to taste.

    3. Mix beef or lamb with rice and make small rolls. Roll in grape leaves.

    4. Sauté in pan until meat is cooked.
