Directions1. Place bread in greased 9X13 baking dish. Place cheese over bread. Cover with browned sausage.
2. Beat eggs with milk, black pepper, salt, and hot sauce. Stir in soup, mushrooms and water. Pour over mixture in baking dish.
3. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until firm.
** Casserole freezes well. Thaw in fridge for 24 hours before baking.
