Directions1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
2. Combine milk, pumpkin, egg yolks and margarine and stir into dry ingredients until just blended.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into the batter.
4. Pour about 1/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook until top is bubbly, turn and cook on the other side.
5. Top with butter and syrup.
