Directions1. In wooden bowl with a wooden spoon, press garlic and anchovies into a paste.
2. Add anchovies, olive oil, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and egg and blend together well.
3. Add 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese and croutons and mix well.
4. Add fresh torn romaine lettuce and mix well.
5. Place on plate and top with the remainder of croutons and Parmesan cheese.
