Mexican Pinwheels


  • 1-8oz. carton sour cream
  • 1-8 oz package softened cream cheese
  • 1-4oz can chopped black olives
  • 1-4oz jar chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 finely chopped jalapenos
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5-10 inch flour tortillas

  • Directions

    1. Mix sour cream and cream cheese.

    2. Add black and green olives, scallions, jalapenos and cheddar cheese and mix well.

    3. Spread on tortilla. Roll tortilla up jelly-roll style.

    4. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill overnight. Slice the following day.

    Serves 8-10

    This is very popular at every Service League Party. And very easy.
