Amos lists top contenders for his services

PARKERSBURG, W.VA. (WTAP)--Parkersburg South's Braxton Amos will be a wrestler some day on the NCAA Division 1 level, it's just a question of where.

We now a have a better idea of where Braxton may wind up. Monday afternoon he announced his final 5 schools he's considering via twitter

His list of finalists includes Ohio State, Penn State, and Wisconsin from the Big 10 conference. Virginia Tech from the ACC, and Oklahoma State from the Big 12. All schools have solid programs and rich wrestling traditions.

Whoever wins out, they'll be getting an outstanding talent in Braxton.
He's currently ranked number 2 in the country in the 220 pound weight class and number 5 overall in the 2020 recruiting class

Braxton been undefeated for the last 2 seasons with the Patriots winning back to back individual state championships, Last month he was named the winner of the Robert Dutton award as the wrestler of the year in West Virginia high school wrestling.
