Ohio high school football ratings- Oct. 1

WTAP SPORTS-The Fort Frye Cadets and Frontier Cougars are ranked among the very best in their regions in the latest Ohio High School Football ratings released on Tuesday Oct. 1


The Cadets is ranked second in Div. VI Region 21. Fort Frye is 5-0 on the season following a road win at Meadowbrook

The Cougars are ranked 4th in Div. VII Region 27. Frontier is also 5-0 on the season. The Cougars will try to continue that run of perfection at home on Friday against Parkersburg Catholic.

The Waterford Wildcats are ranked 6th in the same region. The Wildcats are 4-1 on the season and have a big game at home on Friday against Trimble.

The Belpre Golden Eagles are ranked tenth in Div. VI Region 21 with a 3-2 record. The Eagles head out on the road against Federal Hocking on Friday

The Marietta Tigers are ranked 14th in Div. III Region 11 with a 3-2 record.

The Warren Warriors are ranked 19t h int he same region with a 3-2 record as well.

At the end of the season, the top eight teams in each division make the playoffs
