PARKERSBURG, W.VA. (WTAP)- Parkersburg South's Braxton Amos made his commitment to the University of Wisconsin official on Thursday.
Amos signed his national letter of intent accepting a scholarship offer with the Big Ten school.
He chose the Badgers over offers from Ohio State, Penn State, Virginia Tech and Oklahoma State.
Braxton was one of the top rated wrestlers in the country in the 220 pound weight class.
He's undefeated on the high school level winning back to back Class AAA championships in his weight Class. And earned the Robert Dutton Award as the Wrestler of the Year in West Virginia high school wrestling
Braxton has also been a winner in national and international competitions..
