A business group hears from West Virginia lawmakers.
The West Virginia Business and Industry Council hosted the fifth of a series of forums, hearing from members of the house of delegates and the senate.
Its leader believes the changes at the state capital will lead to changes in the state's business climate.
"I think we have experienced a legislative leadership team who is just outstanding from a qualification and competency standpoint," says Council Chairman Chris Hamilton. "They're taking a real business approach to state legislative issues."
Leaders from the state oil and gas association, the state chamber of commerce and the Polymer Alliance Zone also addressed the Thursday forum.
