No injuries were reported in the rollover crash on Route 50 Monday.

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - No injuries were reported in the rollover crash on Route 50 Monday.

According to a dispatcher with the Wood County 911 Center, the two-vehicle crash happened in the eastbound lane of Route 50 near Route 68.

A firefighter with the Blennerhassett Volunteer Fire Department says they were called to the scene around 11:15 a.m.

A deputy with the Wood County Sheriff’s Office says an SUV rear-ended a pickup truck and then rolled over and landed on its top. The road was closed while crews investigated and cleaned up the crash.

No one was hurt in the crash. The driver of the SUV was cited for reckless driving. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

The Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Blennerhassett Volunteer Fire Department, Lubeck Volunteer Fire Department, St. Joseph’s, and Camden Clark Ambulance services responded to the crash.
