Obituary: Bailey, Debra Louise

Debra Louise Bailey, 66, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Monday, May 25, 2026 at WVU Camden Clark Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Jean and Patricia Robinson Delancey.

Debra was a mother and grandmother above anything else. She was also a Christian who enjoyed watching Pastor Greg Locke on television with Global Vision Bible Church out of Lebanon, TN.

Left to cherish Debra’s memory include her daughters whom she cherished, Patricia Bailey and Stacey Bailey; her brother, Bernard Delancey (Mary); grandchildren, Shaylen Miller (Tyler Smith), Sheldon Miller, Shellby Miller, Jaxen Carpenter, Avah Carpenter, and Bonnie Bailey; great-grandson, Sutton Kash Lee Smith; and her beloved fur baby, Petey.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Beldon Bailey; son, Beldon Todd Bailey; brother, Clarence Delancey; and son-in-law, Shawn Miller.

There will be no services at this time.
